Ink Review - J. Herbin Lierre Sauvage

So once again the lovely Karen and Exaclair sponsored a St. Patrick's ink giveaway with your choice of green or orange inks. Sticking with my love of all things green, I chose Herbin's Lierre Sauvage.

Karen was alsoso kind as to include a wonderful Clairefontaine notebook that I had not seen before, The Roadbook (watch for a future review and if you don't want to wait head over to Unposted to read his great review).

So now I know you're wondering what the heck is this photo of the iPhone doing?

When I was actually writing the review I noticed that the color was very close to the case on my iPhone. It's difficult to see in the scan and the photo but it really is.

This is a great green and I am happy to add it to my collection of green inks!

This is one of my favorite green inks and that journal is the perfect complement. Hope it's fountain pen friendly but with Clairefontaine that's pretty much assured. :)

Thanks for the ink review! This happens to be the next green ink I wss planning on buying but I haven't tried it as of yet. Looks lovely!

I don't have this one, but it's going on my list. What a gorgeous green. I've been buying green yarn in all shades recently. I have several shawls in mind. :)
